- There are no machining defects and no heat affected zone in the super smooth joint contact surface.
- All RipTide WFB pivots are made from the exclusive, internally lubricated WFB urethane with a hardness of 96a.
RipTide Pivot Cups & Tubes are the result of two years of beta testing. No universal pivot styles are offered because you have to compromise with a universal pivot. In some cases, both tubes and cups are available for the same truck. Both offer the smoothness benefits of Riptide's exclusive internally lubricated WFB urethane in 96a, but the tube offers even less friction due to reduced surface contact with the nose of the hanger.
