The classic for perfect wheels: Orangatang
The design team at Orangatang seems to have one resolution: Class instead of mass. The label's repertoire therefore comprises "only" a manageable ten designs, all of which are characterized by minimalism rather than opulence. Checks, lines and circles determine the appearance of these wheels, which all come in three colors:
However, the colors are not just for looks. They reveal at first glance which riding style the wheels are intended for. A very clever move, because it makes the choice very easy and doesn't overwhelm beginners.

To make it easier to choose the right wheel, the three Orangatang colors were not chosen at random. They all stand for different characteristics and tell you a lot about the wheels at first glance. We reveal the meaning of the color code:
- Orange means the wheels are either "buttery and crushy" or "soft and grippy"
- Purple means the wheels are either "slidey and grippy" or "harder, faster, slider"
- Yellow means the wheels are either "nice and slidey" or "fast and slidey"
It is important to know the meaning of the wheel colors, otherwise you might make the wrong choice (because you simply like a certain color better or it matches your deck better).
In addition, all Orangatang wheels are of course available in different degrees of hardness and with straight and rounded edges. The Orangatang label wasfounded in 2008 as part of the Loaded family. The face of the wheel brand is therefore Loaded founder Don Tashman. How do I find the right wheel for my longboard?
There are different wheels depending on the intended use.
Large, soft wheels with a sharp edge are suitable for carving and commuting. They do not take small obstacles badly and stick firmly to the ground even during extreme maneuvers.
If you want less grip in order to perform tricks better and to slidewe recommend harder and smaller wheels with rounded edges.
Please note that not every wheel can be combined with every board. In our Setup guide you will find all possible combinations. In some cases, it is necessary to adjust the necessary distance between the wheel and deck using riser pads in order to avoid Wheelbites to avoid wheelbites.
Orangatang Caguama
Lush urethane (in the right places in the right proportions) provides speed, grip, comfort and momentum. Same lightweight and supportive core as the cone for compatibility with many electric skateboards.
Orangatang cone
Orangatang cone wheels are your ticket to high-speed steamrolling action and wiping out a variety of small mammals. The large 80mm diameter produces high rolling speeds, while a moderate 56mm width allows for a versatile balance of traction and slide behavior.
Orangatang In Heat
The 75 mm Orangatang In Heat wheels are classically proportioned and well-balanced longboard wheels for hard carving, pumping, slalom and downhill racing.
