Gecko Silicone Cleaning Spray

With the Cleaning Spray, you can now quickly and easily remove all dirt and wax residue to make your skins last even longer.

Recommended use (after every 5th tour):

1. Spray the silicone side with the spray
2. leave on for 5 minutes
3. Wipe the silicone side with a sponge and clean water

Caution: If the silicone is heavily soiled, you should first work the spray in with a sponge after the application time and then wipe it off with clear water.

Among ski tourers, we simply have to say it: Skin care is at least as important as base and edge care on skis or boards. It prolongs the life of the skin, is hygienic and can prevent the formation of mold and bacteria. What's more, coat care is an important safety factor in the terrain. That is why it is particularly important to us.

Of course, the silicone coating can be cleaned with lukewarm soapy water and a sponge. But because dirt, and often wax, accumulates on the silicone, we have found an even better solution: We have developed a special cleaning spray for the silicone side that removes both dirt and wax.

It is very easy to use. Spray the silicone side with the Gecko Silicone Cleaning Spray, leave to work for approx. 5 minutes, wipe the spray off the silicone with clear water and a sponge. If the silicone side is extremely dirty, we recommend rubbing the spray into the coating with a sponge after the exposure time and then wiping it off with water.

We recommend this cleaning several times per winter season (after approx. 5 ski tours). This ensures that the silicone always has the same absorbency.

The Gecko Silicone Cleaning Spray is available in a 100 ml spray bottle, sufficient for about 8-10 silicone cleanings per pair and also very suitable to take with you on ski tours lasting several days.
