The table is only a rough guide. The specifications refer to a rider weighing 75 kg. The correct kite size is extremely dependent on your own body weight, water/land conditions and the board size and type (small twintip or hydrofoil).

Let your own experience and common sense be your guide when choosing a kite size. If in doubt about the right kite size, choose a size smaller!

COMPARISON PEAK4 vs. PEAK5
The PEAK5 is more responsive and durable. The kite responds much earlier to steering commands. Steering is smoother and in the powered  range  effortless.  In the  upper  wind range   the  PEAK5  is even  easier to control. The ratio of power to depower is still superb. The consistent further development of the product line is a clear improvement on its predecessor in all areas.

PEAK5 in training
The PEAK5 is an integral part of kite schools and the cash cow of light wind instruction. At 5 knots, basic techniques can already be learned with the kite in the air. This option increases the chances of successful lessons. It has never been easier for students to start kitesurfing. As soon as the beginner has proper kite control, the PEAK5 can also be used for practicing water launches.

PEAK5Touring
Carry  several  kites,  thanks to  smallest  pack size  and  lowest  weight  in  your  backpack.  Best  light wind handling  and  backstall resistance  let you ride uphill with ease. Always be prepared for emergencies with the reliable depower of the PEAK and the B-Safe system. You can also use the system to land yourself or take a relaxing break.
